Schedule & Travel
- Part-time, primarily evenings and weekends
- Travel required throughout Northern Virginia
Compensation & Perks
- Starting at $20/hour
- Meals provided at events
- Paid travel time for trips over 1 hour
- Parking reimbursement
- Overnight travel (when required) is compensated

Requirements
As a Special Event Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making weddings and events run smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment and special effects
- Supporting event operations, including audio, lighting, and effects (fog machines, indoor sparklers, etc.)
- Helping guests with photo booth use and overall event experience
- Working closely with the DJ to keep events on schedule
- Maintaining, organizing, and troubleshooting equipment
