What we list
NoMondays lists jobs that don't make Mondays feel like a Monday: fully remote roles, 4-day weeks, unlimited leave and no-meetings cultures. Flexible hours count too, when they come with one of those.
Every job here was published by an employer on their own site or a job board. We collect those listings, keep only the ones whose text states one of these conditions, and show the employer's description unchanged. Hybrid on its own doesn't qualify, and listings that look like scams are left out.
When a job closes, its page says so. Applying always happens on the employer's site.
The numbers on job pages — how many similar roles exist, how long they stay open, what they pay — come from the listings we have seen, and each one says how many listings it is based on.
