Overview

TripleLift is evolving into the Creative SSP, delivering measurable outcomes through orchestration of creative, supply, audience, and intelligence. To bring this positioning to market and drive measurable growth, we are seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Marketing to lead our global demand and pipeline engine.

The Senior Director, Revenue Marketing plays a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth within TripleLift's marketing organization, directly influencing how we convert our Creative SSP positioning into measurable business results. In this position, you will partner closely with the CRO, regional sales leaders, and Executive Leadership to shape full-funnel demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations strategy across North America and International markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to architect and operate the engine connecting narrative to pipeline, pipeline to revenue, and strategy to execution, while building a modern, accountable marketing organization from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing's contribution to pipeline creation, pipeline influence, and closed-won revenue, developing a full-funnel revenue marketing strategy aligned to company targets and reporting performance weekly and quarterly to ELT.
  • Lead and scale a tiered account-based marketing strategy, orchestrating in-market and out-market campaigns, dynamic segmentation, and account-level personalization while refining attribution and journey-stage tracking in Salesforce.
  • Integrate events and sponsorships into account journey progression, establishing ROI measurement tied to pipeline impact and leading post-event nurture across paid, social, email, and direct mail.
  • Oversee paid social, digital media, and emerging B2B channel investments, building campaigns aligned to account journey stage and optimizing continuously against engagement, cost efficiency, and pipeline impact.
  • Lead marketing operations, eliminating manual workflows, integrating cross-channel signals into Salesforce, and building closed-loop reporting that ties marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with the CRO and regional sales leaders on target account lists, pipeline coverage, campaign priorities, and regional revenue goals, supporting live opportunities through digital sales rooms and personalized materials.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across events, paid media, social, and marketing operations, establishing performance metrics tied to pipeline and revenue.

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth leadership.
  • Experience within AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or media platforms preferred.
  • Deep expertise in ABM strategy and execution, with strong Salesforce and marketing automation fluency.
  • Proven experience building attribution models and revenue reporting frameworks, with demonstrated ability to align marketing strategy to sales targets.
  • Experience leading events and field marketing programs tied to pipeline, with strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams, with a track record of building a culture of accountability, experimentation, and measurable impact
