The job, in the employer's words

We Are:

NoGood is an award-winning, tech-enabled growth consultancy that has fueled the success of some of the most iconic brands.

We are a team of growth leads, creatives, engineers and data scientists who help unlock rapid measurable growth for some of the world’s category-defining brands. We bring together the art and science of strategy, creative, content and growth expertise into a single cohesive team, powered by robust data analytics and proprietary AI tech.

Based in NYC, we support partners globally, with a client partner roster that includes VC-backed startups, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Oura, Spring Health, TikTok, Intuit, P&G, and more.

Since 2016, we’ve been delivering what others only promise. Why settle for good enough if you can be up to NoGood?

We are looking for:

We are seeking a Paid Social Growth Marketing Manager expert who has managed at least 7 figures in ad spend throughout their career. This is a client facing role and will navigate client conversations and updates.

If you have experience managing spend for a B2B SaaS product or a D2C brand, that’s a major plus. You also must have demonstrated experience working with creative teams to ensure you’ve launched holistic paid social campaigns that encompass a full funnel marketing approach to acquiring & retaining customers.

You have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing ad spend across Meta platforms. If you have experience managing ad spend across other paid social channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit), that’s a major plus.
  • Spent at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million – $10 million minimum) across your career. The more experience you have on spending (and spending efficiently, the better).
  • Deep knowledge liaising with product to set up events on different ad platforms as well as ensuring all the events are setup properly and firing at the appropriate places (having experience with Google Tag Manager and Hubspot is a plus).
  • You must have experience working with the creative team to produce high quality ad assets (static imagery & video) that have proven to drive lower funnel results while staying true to branding guidelines.
  • You must have experience with walking through a reporting structure to communicate/display ad performance across different platforms and report on on-going experiments that need to be tested.
  • You must be highly analytical and obsessed with achieving client KPIs.
  • Experience with the intersection of paid, owned and earned media in social campaign orchestration is a plus.
  • Passionate about the social media landscape, and can demonstrate thought leadership in the space.

You will do:

  • Craft strategy and run Paid Social accounts for several clients across verticals. Potential to work in B2B, D2C, and healthcare.
  • Expertise in technical levers of the search platforms such as match type and query-to-keyword mapping, bid strategy selection, campaign/ad group segmentation, and audience layering (in-market, customer match).
  • Have a deep understanding of our client’s products and competitors so you can launch the most effective paid social campaigns that drive period-over-period or year-over-year improvements
  • Liaison with the creative team to ensure all ad assets (static imagery & video) and ad copy are on par with the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlight what’s worked, new experiments to run, etc.
  • Act as an advisor to guide a client on improving their bottom of funnel performance to improve various KPIs such as CPL, CPSQL, ROAS, CPA etc.
  • Staying on top of client communication + demonstrates strong project management skills.
  • Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the social media landscape.
