We are looking for:

We are seeking a Paid Search (Google and Bing) expert who has managed at least 7 figures in ad spend throughout their career. You will lead channel strategy and play the hands-to-keyboard execution at a squad level. This is a client facing role and will navigate client conversations and updates.

If you have experience managing spend for a B2B SaaS product or a D2C brand , that’s a major plus. You have:

  • Spend at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million – $10 million minimum) across your career. The more experience you have on spending (and spending efficiently, the better).
  • You must have experience with walking through a reporting structure to communicate/display ad performance across different platforms and report on on-going experiments that need to be tested.
  • You must be highly analytical and obsessed with achieving client KPIs.
  • Expertise with the intersection of paid, owned and earned media in search campaign orchestration (including alignment with SEO).
  • Passionate about the search landscape, and can demonstrate thought leadership in the space.
  • Deep knowledge liaising with Analytics to set up conversion tracking and events across search ad platforms as well as ensuring all the events are setup properly and firing at the appropriate places (having experience with Google Tag Manager and Hubspot is a plus).
  • Experience working with the branding/creative team to produce high quality ad copy and creative assets (including Performance Max and Display assets) that capture audience attention and stay on par with the branding guidelines is a plus.

You will do:

  • Craft strategy and run SEM accounts for several clients across verticals. Potential to work in B2B, D2C, and healthcare clients.
  • Expertise in technical levers of the Social platforms such as campaign structure/consolidation, creative testing methodology, audience strategy (broad vs targeted), and budget allocation/bid strategy selection.
  • Have a deep understanding of our client’s products and competitors so you can launch the most effective paid search campaigns that drive period-over-period or year-over-year improvements.
  • Present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlight what’s worked, new experiments to run, etc.
  • Act as an advisor to guide a client on improving their bottom of funnel performance to improve various KPIs such as CPL, CPSQL, ROAS, CPA etc.
