- Strong with customer services skills, telephone manner and communication skills
- At least 1 year customer service / contact centre experience

- 良好的英語、粵語、普通話書寫和口語能力
- 具備良好客戶服務技能及溝通技巧
- 至少 1 年客戶服務熱線／呼叫中心經驗
