The job, in the employer's words

Hey there!
We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.

Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.

Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

Who you'll work with

You will join our Madrid office to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.

In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.

The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with the worldwide teams to develop, launch and manage a portfolio of our Original experiences, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale the events to all our markets. You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning and reporting for our key experiences.

When you join Fever, you are joining a company that will invest in your professional development. You will receive training and coaching on how to:

  • Provide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered.
  • Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new relationships
  • Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations, securing optimal terms and building long-term partnerships with strategic venues
  • Make informed decisions based on data (including P&L analysis)
  • Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events
  • Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or entertainment and events project management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and parallel workstreams efficiently
  • Solution-focused, with strong negotiation and networking skills. You’re proactive, confident picking up the phone, and comfortable pitching to potential new partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, and use proprietary data to assess event performance and identify partnership opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event-related tasks
  • Curious, with a desire to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Strong academic background is a plus

You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.
