As part of the establishment of cross-functional and global market research responsibilities that support strategic and operational decision-making across all business areas, you will have the opportunity to actively shape this transformation process.
As Senior Consultant Global Market Research (m/f/d), you will play a key role in building and further developing this global function. You will define standards and methodologies, provide strategic market and consumer insights and act as a trusted advisor to our divisions. With your expertise, you will help turn market intelligence and research findings into actionable recommendations for strategic and operational decisions across the Group.
Your responsibilities- As Senior Global Market Research Manager (m/f/d), you develop and continuously evolve the Group-wide market research framework, including methodologies, quality standards, operating models and governance principles.
- In addition, you act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for our divisions on topics such as market opportunities, expansion and M&A, customer insights, competitive developments, product decisions and strategic investments.
- Furthermore, you provide expertise across market, customer, consumer, product, brand and organizational intelligence and translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights.
- You develop the global market research service portfolio, establish effective make-buy-partner strategies and manage relationships with research agencies and external partners while ensuring the efficient use of research budgets.
- Last but not least, you establish reusable research frameworks, templates and knowledge repositories and promote the exchange and reuse of insights across divisions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics or a comparable field, as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- 8-12+ years of professional experience in Global Market Research, Customer or Consumer Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Analytics or Strategic Consulting
- Proven experience in leading complex international research initiatives and in building or transforming research, insights or intelligence functions
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and across multiple business units and international teams
- Very good command of English and German (min. B2), strong communication skills and ideally knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly online gaming
