As Consultant Global Market Research (m/f/d), you will design and support qualitative and quantitative research projects, analyze market and customer information and translate research findings into actionable business insights. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external research partners and international teams and contribute to the continuous development of research standards, methodologies and knowledge-sharing structures across the Group.
Your responsibilities- As Consultant Global Market Research (m/f/d), you design, conduct and support qualitative and quantitative research projects, including market assessments, desk research, competitive analyses and the preparation of questionnaires, discussion guides and research briefs.
- In addition, you analyze and interpret market, customer and consumer data and contribute to insights across market intelligence, customer and consumer intelligence as well as product intelligence, including segmentation, customer satisfaction, player behavior, product testing and competitive developments.
- Furthermore, you prepare reports, presentations, dashboards and management summaries, document research findings and contribute to reusable research frameworks, databases and knowledge-sharing platforms across the Group.
- You support the coordination of international research projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external research agencies, ensuring reliable project timelines, quality standards and deliverables.
- Last but not least, you contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies, standards and templates and support stakeholder workshops, business development and the sharing and reuse of insights across business divisions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics or a comparable field
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Market Research, Consumer or Customer Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Analytics or Strategic Research
- Experience in conducting and supporting research projects, analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams
- Very good command of English and German; knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly online gaming, is an advantage
