The job, in the employer's words

Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company powering the acceleration of clinical research to transform patient outcomes.

We built a leading performance-driven network of 100+ sites across the US, Europe, India, and Australia, conducting research directly in the communities where care is delivered across gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. By combining deep clinical trial expertise with cutting-edge AI, we connect sponsors' scientific ambitions with high-performing research teams that expedite and expand access to novel therapeutics for patients in need. Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide.

As the VP, US Site Management & Operations at Iterative Health, you will lead the performance, growth, and operational excellence of our GI and Hepatology network of clinical research sites across the United States.

You’ll be accountable for the performance and P&L of 50+ US-based sites, driving research revenue as a meaningful growth engine and building the operational excellence that makes our sites the best place to run a clinical trial. You’ll set the strategy and operating model to scale the network while delivering exceptional experiences for patients, Principal Investigators, sponsors, and study teams.

This is a hands-on executive leadership role with direct accountability for results. You’ll lead a team of Regional Directors who oversee Site Managers, Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, and other research professionals, while partnering closely with Principal Investigators and leaders across the organization to drive performance, growth, and scale.
