Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required, including comfortable familiarity with web browsers, email platforms, and spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently from a home workspace as well as collaboratively with a remote team.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus but not required.
