The job, in the employer's words

Attain Partners is an innovative consulting firm dedicated to disrupting the status quo to change the world and improve the lives of those we touch. From strategy to technology and everywhere in between, our experts use their unique skills to advance the important missions of education, nonprofit, healthcare, and state and local government clients.

People are at the center of all we do, and that’s why we empower career growth, provide industry-leading benefits packages, encourage a flexible work environment, and foster a culture of inclusion to support the needs of our team. We share a collective passion for our mission and our people. Guided by our seven core values, The Attain Way, our vision is the foundation of our culture—to be and attain the best.

Attain Partners is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager – Data Integration & Migration Solutions to lead the technical delivery of enterprise data integration and migration initiatives for our clients, with a strong emphasis on Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Salesforce ecosystems. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical delivery, including solution architecture, technical discovery, data mapping, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in enterprise integration and data migration technologies with proven experience managing technical teams, client relationships, project deliverables, and delivery quality. The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the primary technical delivery lead, working closely with solution architects, developers, data migration specialists, project managers, and client stakeholders. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical solutions, make architectural decisions, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring the ability to guide development teams, review technical designs, troubleshoot complex integration and migration challenges, and directly contribute to solution delivery when needed. Critical Hiring Requirement: This is not a traditional project manager position. Candidates must have a strong technical background in enterprise integrations and data migrations, with the ability to lead technical architecture discussions, challenge solution designs, troubleshoot complex delivery issues, and hold engineering teams accountable for successful implementation.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience leading technical delivery of enterprise data integration and data migration projects.
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams consisting of integration architects, developers, data engineers, migration specialists, and QA resources.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, or similar iPaaS technologies.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Experience leading data migrations into Salesforce, including source system analysis, data mapping, transformation, cleansing coordination, loading, reconciliation, and validation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, standard and custom objects, relationships, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience reviewing technical architecture, integration designs, source-to-target mappings, migration strategies, and development deliverables.
  • Ability to lead technical discovery workshops, gather requirements, identify dependencies, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience managing technical delivery schedules, resource assignments, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), migration mock loads, cutover planning, and production deployment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration and migration issues while providing technical direction to delivery teams.
  • Experience managing client expectations, communicating technical status, and escalating delivery risks.
  • Ability to support project financial management, including resource utilization, delivery budgets, estimated hours, and project profitability.
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements and geographically distributed delivery teams.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, and other enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience developing reusable technical templates, integration patterns, migration methodologies, delivery accelerators, and technical standards. Knowledge of data governance, master data management, data quality, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, technical backlog management, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience leading blended onshore and offshore technical delivery teams.
