In this role, you will influence purchasing decisions, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in shaping sourcing strategies that support organizational growth while ensuring compliance, quality, and long-term value.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Contract Negotiation & Risk Management

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms to secure optimal value, service levels, and quality outcomes.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, and closeout activities.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams to identify, mitigate, and manage commercial and contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and approved supplier programs.

Operational Excellence & Leadership

  • Support the development and execution of category strategies under the guidance of Category Managers.
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Buyers and procurement team members on sourcing methodologies and best practices.
  • Drive procurement process excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and sourcing documentation within procurement systems and eSourcing platforms such as Coupa.
  • Contribute to team, departmental, and company objectives through achievement of key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline within a multinational or global organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data, market intelligence, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience using procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms, preferably Coupa.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
