ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the delivery of site development across the network, including DeNovo site builds, site expansions, relocations, and real estate management.
  • Own end-to-end facilities management for the site network, including vendor identification, site standards, preventive maintenance oversight, and equipment/infrastructure lifecycle planning and support to the sites.
  • Develop and maintain site development and facilities standards, project tracking tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across the program.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for real estate, construction, and associated facilities vendors; ensure vendor adherence to legal, safety, and operational compliance requirements.
  • Provide direction and advice to site operations on real estate projects (new sites, site expansions, relocations) and on facilities matters affecting day-to-day operations.
  • Leverage real estate, construction, and facilities experience and business acumen to identify strategic alternatives and approaches to site development and facilities projects.
  • Establish and maintain project and facilities budgets and forecasts, and manage vendor spend in collaboration with Finance.

  • Proactively partner with cross-functional counterparts (Operations, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations) and external vendors to address issues and concerns before they escalate.
  • Act as the escalation point for both site development projects and facilities-related issues across the network.
  • Coordinate emergency and business-continuity facilities response (e.g., HVAC failures, safety incidents, utility outages) in partnership with site operations leadership.
  • Frequently communicate program status — for both site development and facilities — to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify, surface, and help resolve roadblocks and barriers encountered during project execution or facilities service delivery.
