We are a highly collaborative, curious, and determined team passionate about scaling a high-growth start-up to improve the lives of those in pain. TailorCare is a remote-first company with a hybrid office in Nashville.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Patient Experience Platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end digital experience for TailorCare patients across their care journey, from onboarding and intake through engagement, adherence, and outcomes.

You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for TailorCare’s patient-facing applications, ensuring we deliver intuitive, engaging, and clinically meaningful experiences at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, clinical care, and growth, and plays a critical role in driving patient activation, satisfaction, and long-term outcomes.

You will partner closely with care teams, design, engineering, data science to ship consumer-grade healthcare experiences that are trusted, empathetic, and outcome-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for TailorCare’s patient-facing platforms (web and mobile).
  • Translate patient needs, clinical goals, and business priorities into high-impact product initiatives and features.
  • Drive discovery through patient research, usability testing, data analysis, and direct patient feedback.
  • Help design and deliver end-to-end patient journeys (onboarding, intake, education, triage, engagement, adherence).
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure digital experiences align with real-world care workflows.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build delightful, accessible, and scalable B2C products.
  • Define success metrics (activation, engagement, conversion, retention, outcomes) and continuously optimize.
  • Incorporate AI-powered and personalization features to improve patient guidance and care navigation.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across product, clinical, and development teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of B2C or patient-facing products.
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated consumer platforms.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling consumer-grade applications (mobile and/or web).
  • Strong understanding of patient journeys, engagement mechanics, and behavior change.
  • Experience working closely with designers on UX, usability, and accessibility.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics, run experiments, and interpret insights.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces and turning loose concepts into shipped products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; clinical or health-related background is a plus.
  • US work authorization
