If you’re hungry to grow, eager to tackle new challenges and ready to drive real impact in a rapidly expanding environment, then welcome to THRIVE!

Position Overview

Thrive is seeking a client-facing Senior AI Security Architect to help organizations adopt AI safely, securely, and responsibly through technically validated security, compliance, governance, and data protection controls.

This role serves as Thrive’s technical authority for AI security architecture, technical risk validation, Microsoft Purview implementation, and governance-control design within AI Services. A successful candidate should be highly knowledgeable of technologies like Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and other AI security and governance tools. You will work directly with client stakeholders and Thrive’s Microsoft Advisory team to assess technical AI security readiness, identify security and compliance risks, evaluate data exposure, design practical governance controls, and support architecture decisions that enable organizations to scale AI with confidence.

As AI adoption accelerates, organizations must understand what data AI can access, who has access to that data, what compliance risks exist, and how technical governance controls should be implemented and validated before deployment. You will lead the technical security and control conversations while partnering with Microsoft Advisory on Microsoft-focused strategy, Copilot and AI readiness, licensing and capability alignment, adoption, optimization, governance operating models, and executive roadmaps.

This role sits within the AI Services organization and works closely with Microsoft Advisory, the AI Governance team, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Microsoft Engineering Services, and other technical teams to ensure clients have a secure technical foundation for AI adoption.
