Recruiting Operations Specialist

Location: Remote US

Department: Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-Time

About KRUSH Tech

KRUSH Tech is building the future of aerospace, defense, communications, and autonomous systems. We develop advanced technologies that transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. Our multidisciplinary teams collaborate across engineering, software, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to solve complex challenges and deliver next-generation capabilities for our customers. We are driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to advancing the future of autonomous aerospace systems.

The Opportunity

KRUSH Tech is seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team as we build our U.S. operations from the ground up. This role owns recruiting operations end to end — from complex interview scheduling and candidate experience to ATS integrity, offer and onboarding handoffs, and recruiting reporting — across Engineering, Manufacturing, Corporate, and Leadership hiring. You will be a trusted partner to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and senior leaders, and a key builder of the processes that let KRUSH Tech hire at scale.

At KRUSH Tech, we embrace a hands-on culture where everyone takes ownership from start to finish. Successful candidates thrive in an environment that values initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to build process where none exists yet — this is a chance to shape how a growing aerospace and defense company hires from day one.

What You'll Do

•        Own end-to-end interview coordination across all stages and role families, including multi-interviewer onsites, executive and leadership loops, and calendars that span U.S. and international time zones.

•        Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer and start date, setting the standard for timely, professional communication and handling sensitive or confidential searches with discretion.

•        Serve as the ATS (Workable) power user — maintaining data integrity, configuring pipelines, interview kits, templates, and automations, and holding interviewers to the 48-hour feedback standard.

•        Manage pre-offer and pre-start steps in partnership with People Operations and Legal, including offer letter preparation, background checks, export-control eligibility handoffs, and badge and facility access.

•        Build and document scalable recruiting operations processes, playbooks, and templates, and manage relationships with recruiting vendors such as job boards, background check, and relocation providers.

•        Own recruiting reporting — time to fill, time to hire, offer acceptance, source of hire, and pipeline health — and turn the data into recommendations that make our hiring faster and more consistent.

What We're Looking For

•        Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

•        4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, including supporting high-volume and senior-level hiring in a fast-paced environment.

•        Proven ability to manage a large, concurrent requisition load across multiple hiring teams with excellent attention to detail and minimal oversight.

•        Experience coordinating executive or leadership interviews and partnering directly with senior leaders, with strong written and verbal communication.

•        Advanced ATS skills, including configuring workflows, templates, and reports, plus strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for recruiting metrics.

•        A track record of improving or building recruiting processes, with sound judgment in handling confidential candidate and offer information.

At this time, KRUSH Tech is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored visa support, now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

•        Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry, including familiarity with export-control (ITAR) hiring requirements.

•        Hands-on experience with Workable or a similar ATS, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity.

•        Experience supporting a startup or new site launch and building recruiting operations from the ground up.

•        Experience coordinating both technical/engineering hiring and hourly manufacturing hiring, including volume onsite interview events.
