The job, in the employer's words

Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join:

In Community Policy, our mission is to create and evolve principled policies that establish the rules of the road for guests and hosts across Airbnb. This involves solving some of the most complex Trust & Safety challenges of our time. This role entails understanding the needs of hosts and guests and collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams who design the enforcement systems behind these policies. A critical part of this role is enabling our business and product teams to move quickly and confidently, with policy frameworks that hold up at scale.
