  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements.

Client Meeting Support

  • Attend client meetings with advisors and provide detailed administrative and planning support.
  • Capture important client information, decisions, and action items during meetings.
  • Prepare meeting summaries and coordinate post-meeting follow-up.
  • Help ensure client requests and advisor commitments are appropriately tracked through completion.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive client information.

Team & Practice Support

  • Collaborate with advisors, planning specialists, and other team members to support client needs.
  • Assist with special projects and practice initiatives as needed.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and efficiency.
  • Adapt to the practice's systems, processes, and service standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues during periods of increased activity.
