Thomas Creek Woodworks is seeking a talented and dedicated Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Assist with equipment installation and setup.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering staff to prioritize maintenance needs and address equipment-related issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
