Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Centria Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for pediatric patients (birth–21) or adults with complex medical needs.
- Deliver skilled care, including medication administration, catheter care, and Trach/Vent management.
- Monitor patient vitals and document conditions using our streamlined HealthTrust EMR.
- Support families and collaborate with care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a comfortable home setting.
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for 1:1 care.
- Home care or private duty experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
- A commitment to maintaining the high standards of our evidence-based protocols.
