  • Lead experimentation and continuous improvement that raise the bar for how marketing operates

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • You are a proven builder of high-performing marketing operations or analytics teams.
  • You have deep expertise in Marketo or comparable marketing automation platforms; Marketo certification is a plus.

  • You have a solid grounding in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, forecasting, and experimentation design.
  • You are a clear communicator who can influence executives and turn analytics into business narratives.
  • You are comfortable leading through ambiguity and balancing hands-on leadership with strategic execution.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
