The Clover Home Care team is responsible for ensuring patients have access to the right care at the right time, in the right setting. We are a group of caring and passionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our most vulnerable members by providing in-home primary care, annual wellness visits, supportive care services, behavioral health and community services coordination.

The Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist supports the daily scheduling and logistics of our growing field-based clinical workforce. This role manages provider availability, assignments, routes, and real-time schedule changes to ensure patients receive timely care and field teams operate efficiently.

As a Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist, you will:

  • Manage clinician schedules, profiles, availability, and service areas in CareLink.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics across New Jersey.
  • Optimize clinician routes based on geography, availability, and operational priorities.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling errors, overbooking, unused capacity, and coverage gaps.
  • Manage last-minute schedule changes caused by callouts, urgent requests, and field needs.
  • Coordinate daily assignments for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
  • Support the PTO approval and schedule-update process in partnership with clinical managers.
  • Respond to real-time scheduling questions and resolve scheduling-related concerns.
  • Train new clinical team members and operational partners on CareLink workflows.
  • Use approved AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual work.
  • Document processes and maintain cross-training to ensure consistent operational coverage.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, field logistics, or healthcare operations.
  • You currently live in New Jersey, previously lived there, or can demonstrate extensive knowledge of New Jersey geography, travel patterns, and regional differences.
  • You have experience using AI or automation tools to improve business workflows.
  • You are highly organized and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong attention to detail and can quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
  • You communicate effectively with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
  • You are comfortable learning new systems and working in an evolving environment.
  • Experience with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel is preferred.
