About Sweet Security

Sweet Security is one of the fastest-growing companies in AI and cloud security, building a fundamentally different approach to protecting modern applications. Instead of simply detecting threats after they occur, Sweet proactively enforces security in runtime, helping organizations stop risky behavior before it impacts production.

Backed by $120M in funding and trusted by leading enterprises, we're growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people who want to solve hard technical problems, move fast, and help define the future of cloud and AI security.

About Sweet Security Sweet Security is looking for a Channel Account Manager to lead and scale our global partner strategy. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of building high-impact relationships with strategic partners, driving joint opportunities, accelerating revenue, and expanding market presence.

If you're passionate about cybersecurity, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to turn partnerships into measurable business growth, this is your chance to make a real impact at one of the most promising startups in cloud security.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market reach.

  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners to maximize their success.

  • Track and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, in cybersecurity, cloud security or SaaS.

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.

  • Must have direct experience working with Value Added Resellers (VARs), especially managing partnerships with GuidePoint.

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
