The job, in the employer's words

Johnson Mark PC is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our established litigation team as our primary in-state attorney for court appearances and trials. This is a hands-on position focused on representing the firm’s clients at required in-person proceedings while helping manage and advance a high volume of Arizona litigation matters.

We are looking for a dependable attorney who can take ownership of assigned matters, work within established processes, appear at hearings and trials, communicate professionally, and consistently move cases forward.

You do not need to be a highly experienced litigator to succeed in this role. We have established processes, technology, and support systems designed to help attorneys manage their caseload and be successful.

The ideal candidate is someone who is licensed, reliable, organized, willing to learn, comfortable appearing in court, and motivated to get cases across the finish line.

Position Summary

The Arizona Attorney will work with our existing litigation team to manage Arizona matters and move cases through the litigation process toward resolution. A primary responsibility of this position will be attending required in-person hearings, trials, and other court proceedings throughout Arizona.

The firm has an additional attorney who assists with Arizona matters and handles proceedings where virtual appearances are permitted. This position will provide the dedicated in-state presence necessary for proceedings requiring personal appearance.

This position provides an opportunity for an attorney to develop and apply practical litigation and courtroom skills while working within a supportive legal operations environment.
