  • Support field testing and deployments, including troubleshooting and emergency technical response.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and proactively identify potential reliability or safety issues.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to troubleshoot problems and provide feedback on hardware and processes.
  • Use diagnostic equipment, technical schematics, and documentation to identify and resolve system-level issues.
  • Perform electrical work involving AC/DC systems, sensors, connectors, wiring, and control modules.
  • Maintain technical documentation, tools, equipment, inventory, and shop readiness.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to resolve complex system-level issues.
  • Experience working with AC/DC electrical systems, sensors, connectors, wiring harnesses, and control modules.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical schematics, and service documentation.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training technicians.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to provide local field support as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in shop, warehouse, and outdoor field environments.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Experience with electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or advanced vehicle systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with soldering, crimping, wiring fabrication, or prototyping is preferred.
