We are looking for an Associate Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative telehealth team focused on delivering ethical, accessible, and evidence-informed behavioral health care. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychotherapy through an approved telehealth platform.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.

- Identify safety concerns and follow established escalation procedures.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in an appropriate behavioral health discipline.
- Current state-issued associate, provisional, temporary, intern, candidate, or other supervised-practice credential in counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
- Credential must authorize the applicant to provide clinical services under supervision to clients located in MA.
- Ability to work under the supervision required by the applicable licensing board.
- Reliable internet access and a secure professional workspace.
- Availability during the Monday–Friday workweek.
