Your responsibilities:- The Product Application Engineer (PAE) position will be an expert in a specific product category - sealing technology.
- Your role will be to play a key role in actively communicating extensive technical knowledge to customers and delivering sales solutions.
Consulting and upselling at the customer:
- - Analysis of technical processes with the client's engineering department
- - Development of customer-specific solutions
- - Establishing and deepening relationships with clients, cooperating with Sales
- Teams, Group Engineering and Group Procurement
Product and solution training:
- - For clients and colleagues
- - Consultation on technical issues for clients and colleagues
Administrative tasks:
- - Management of implemented projects
Minimum requirements:
- - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- - Experience in working with clients
- - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the sealing technology industry
- - Ability to solve technical problems
- - Analytical way of thinking
- - Experience in working with CAD software
- - Knowledge of MS Office
- - English - level B2 (spoken and written)
- - Willingness to travel: >30% of working time
- - Driving license category B

- - Sales and commercial skills in the proposed solutions
- - Experience in managing engineering and technical projects
- - Ability to present solutions
- - A dynamic person focused on solving problems with attention to detail
