Legal & Policy
The legal team at Fever is a true business partner to all Fever teams, supporting sustainable growth across functions and geographies (including more than 200 cities across the globe!).
The Role
Join our vibrant and innovative team at Fever’s global headquarters in Madrid, Spain! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic group of professionals. As Legal Counsel you will support Fever’s operations worldwide, with an emphasis on supporting our rapid expansion into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This role requires proactivity, autonomy, and drive. You will be involved in day-to-day legal support, advising on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth of the company. You will draft and support the negotiation of commercial agreements together with commercial teams, enabling exciting productions and partnerships, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious regional expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the CEE region
- Work with internal and external SMEs to provide corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation and disputes support to the region
- Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to company knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
- Prioritise your work based on company strategy and objectives
- Upskilling, support, and growth of other team membe
Who You Are
- Be a barred / practising Polish lawyer with 4+ years of PQE
- Have demonstrated experience working on projects that span multiple CEE jurisdictions
- Speak fluent English and Polish, with an additional European language, a strong plus.
- Have experience working in top tier law firms, or inhouse experience at a large-scale multinational
- Have a keen eye for strategy and business, with an ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities
- Possess strong technical skills
- Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work
