Senior Display & Native Specialist

What will you do as a Senior Display & Native Specialist? 

As our Senior Display & Native Specialist, you will dive deep into the world of online advertising. You are the linchpin in the success of digital campaigns, and your responsibilities include: 

• Strategically planning, building, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing complex programmatic Display & Native campaigns across various platforms. 
• Translating complex data into clear insights, strategic client advice, and concrete optimization steps, aiming to continuously improve campaign performance. 
• Actively contributing to the growth of our field by taking the lead in new ideas, innovative experiments, and applying the latest technologies. 
• Substantively guiding and coaching junior colleagues within the team.

This is you: Our new Senior Display & Native Expert 

We are looking for an experienced professional with: 

• Higher Professional Education (HBO) or University (WO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration. 
• Demonstrable work experience (approx. 3+ years) in programmatic buying and digital media, or another relevant domain. 
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills: you love diving into data, identifying trends, and converting insights into concrete actions and client advice that take campaigns to the next level. 
• A proactive and result-driven attitude, always looking for new opportunities, innovations, and optimizations. 
• A true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and guiding colleagues.
