The job, in the employer's words

Who we are

At OpenUp, our mission is to make mental well-being accessible to everyone. Following a ‘high tech & high touch’ approach, we support companies, their employees, and their families with proactive and practical mental health services. Through our digital platform, clients can access 1:1 check-ins, online courses, articles, videos, group sessions, mindfulness practices, and a team of committed mental well-being experts. As we believe that mental and physical well-being are deeply connected, we have also added Lifestyle Experts to our offering, focusing on nutrition, exercise, and sleep. We offer a truly holistic approach that helps people take ownership of their health. We’re proud to work with forward-thinking organizations and are committed to raising the bar on accessible care.

OpenUp was ranked in the Top 3 on LinkedIn’s Top Startups list for 2023, 2024 & 2025 and is continuously growing. We are expanding our international teams and we are searching for like-minded talent. We are already serving 2000+ companies (e.g. Rituals, Deloitte, Decathlon, KPMG, and McDonalds), through which 600K+ employees have access to our product.

The role

You own the systems and processes OpenUp's commercial team relies on, from first touch to renewal: the CRM, data, forecasts, reporting for Finance and leadership, and AI tools that reduce manual work for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who understands revenue operations end to end and enjoys building practical solutions.

Roughly a third of your time goes into keeping HubSpot, data quality, reporting, forecasting and quarter-end processes reliable. The other two-thirds goes into building and improving our bespoke tools using HubSpot, Apollo and LLM APIs. You work daily with the Commercial Leadership Team, AEs, BDRs, Customer Success and Finance.

What you will own

Commercial systems and data

  • HubSpot across Sales Hub, Service Hub and Marketing Hub: objects, lifecycle stages, lead and deal architecture, workflows, permissions, reporting and the API.
  • Integrations with Apollo (enrichment and outbound), our contract, calling, meeting-notes and compensation tools, and everything the team builds in-house.
  • Data quality: deduplication, enrichment, contact and company associations, the Do-Not-Engage list and account allocation per AE.

Forecast, reporting and quarter-end

  • The pipeline forecast in HubSpot, and the reporting on pipeline, conversion, outbound effectiveness and net revenue retention.
  • Quarter-end close with Finance, including the inputs for Sales and Customer Success compensation.

Build, ship and maintain AI tooling

  • Tools on top of HubSpot, Apollo and LLM APIs (Claude and OpenAI today) that remove manual work: account research and prioritisation, deal coaching on MEDDICC, signal-based outbound (job changes, LinkedIn activity, intent), list building, forecast support, renewal checks.
  • The full lifecycle of each tool: prototype, test with users, launch, document, monitor and improve. Retire tools when they are no longer useful.
  • Version control, clear documentation, monitoring, checks of model output against source data, and human review where judgement is needed. Work with our internal Data & AI team to meet OpenUp's technology, privacy and quality standards.

Process, enablement and people

  • The commercial process from lead to renewal: handoffs between Marketing, Sales and CS, pipeline hygiene standards, and the sales methodology embedded in the CRM.
  • Adoption: training, clear documentation, and showing AEs, BDRs and CS where AI helps and where human judgement is needed.
  • Decisions on what to build or buy: evaluate tools, test prototypes before purchasing, and prioritise requests based on their value to the team.

What success looks like after six months

  • Pipeline hygiene stays above 95% and forecast accuracy stays at or above 90%. Data quality is measured and maintained.
  • Existing tools and reports run reliably with limited manual intervention. The team uses them independently, and you have made improvements based on their feedback.
  • You have launched and documented at least one new tool the team uses weekly, with measurable impact on new ARR or net revenue retention.
  • Quarter-end close follows a fixed calendar, and Finance receives complete, checked inputs on time.

About you

  • 4 - 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company, working closely with AEs, BDRs and CS.
  • You have spent the majority of your professional career as an expert on HubSpot (ideal) or another state-of-the-art CRM (such as Salesforce). You have designed objects, lifecycle stages, workflows, reporting and integrations yourself, and you have worked with the respective CRM’s API.
  • You have built at least one working tool or workflow using an LLM API that other people rely on. You use Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to build, and know when outputs need a human check.
  • You have run enrichment and outbound tooling (Apollo, FullEnrich, Lusha or similar) and know what clean, compliant prospect data looks like.
  • You understand SaaS metrics, including pipeline coverage, win rate, cycle length, NRR and forecast accuracy.
  • You document what you build and take responsibility for maintaining it.
  • You prioritise requests from Sales and CS alongside longer-term projects, and explain what can be done now and what needs to wait.
  • Fluent English. German or Dutch is a plus but not required.

What you can expect

Joining OpenUp means being part of a fast-growing company that's doing something meaningful. You'll work with a diverse and international team. We like to have fun together with a lot of team building activities like our weekly ‘borrels’ and after work sport classes, the yearly ski-trip and our Padel tournament. All hiring decisions are made by humans. If you would like more information about how we use AI in the process, please contact us.
