Engagement Overview

Inflect is engaging an independent Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant in Mexico through Rippling (acting as Contractor of Record), who will serve as the primary advisor for the Gateway and Capacity Matching cluster within the Intelligence Engine. This is an autonomous, high-impact consulting engagement focused on building and maintaining the full-stack matching-to-transaction spine, algorithmic confidence scoring, cost optimization logic, and gateway service infrastructure.

Working as an external subject matter expert, you will provide technical execution across the coupled Gateway and Capacity Matching surface while serving as cross-coverage backup owner for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster, ensuring core platform intelligence runs with high availability, accuracy, and automated resiliency.

Who We Are

We are a US-based advisory and marketplace that is revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure (Datacenter, cloud, and network services). Digital infrastructure services are the building blocks of the internet and at the core of every industry. Traditionally it’s been bought manually through service provider sales people, resulting in high costs, slow procurement cycles, and services that aren’t the best fit - slowing down the ability of companies to build and innovate.

Inflect’s marketplace and advisory are removing friction so any company can get what they need, when they need it, with the right deal terms. By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation to inflect!

• Algorithmic & Gateway Architecture: Applied experience designing, building, and tuning algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks, combined with API gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures.
• Data & Cloud Substrate: Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres), cloud deployments (AWS), event-driven messaging, and integrating data pipelines.
• Cross-Border Async Collaboration: Fluent professional English communication skills for effective cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones.
