The job, in the employer's words

What’s Oppizi

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels: Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Unaddressed Mail/Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via the national post services). We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber/UberEats, DoorDash, DiDi, Planet Fitness, and many others.

Job description
We are currently looking for an ambitious and passionate HR Operations Generalist to support the day-to-day people operations for Oppizi’s US and CA field teams. The role will take ownership of recruitment and onboarding for Brand Ambassadors (BAs), while also supporting the hiring and onboarding of Team Lead Ambassadors (TLAs) and City Managers (CMs).

The HR Operations Generalist works closely with the Operations team to ensure each market has the required staffing levels and that field team members receive timely onboarding and HR support.

This role addresses the current need for a dedicated HR resource to own recruitment pipelines, BA onboarding, and field-team HR queries.

  • Ensure BAs complete all required documentation and onboarding steps before training and deployment
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up with new hires to resolve outstanding requirements
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure new BAs are ready for training and deployment
  • Respond to BA questions throughout the onboarding process and provide timely HR support
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and track the status of new hires
  • Maintain accurate records of active, inactive and rehired field team members
  • Support onboarding for TLAs and CMs as needed
  • Work with Operations to identify BAs eligible for Team Lead opportunities
  • Coordinate the administrative process for BA-to-TLA promotions
  • Maintain visibility of the TLA pipeline across each market
  • Operations will continue to own BA performance reviews and identify candidates for TL promotion, while HR supports the process and administration
