As a DevOps Test Bench Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure to support automated testing and continuous integration workflows for our highโavailability services, ensuring rapid feedback loops and high product quality. You will collaborate with crossโfunctional teams, leveraging advanced Linux proficiency and infrastructureโasโcode principles to orchestrate workloads, monitor system health, and troubleshoot production anomalies while driving operational excellence and resilience. Your role will serve as the bridge between development, SRE, and QA, continuously improving deployment pipelines, performance optimization, and costโefficiency in a fastโpaced, remoteโfirst culture.

โข Monitor and analyze system metrics, logs, and traces with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch to ensure test bench reliability.
โข Optimize cost and performance of cloud resources by implementing rightโsizing, spot instances, and reserved capacity plans.
โข Develop and maintain security hardening policies, IAM roles, and compliance checks for all cloud infrastructure.
โข Collaborate with SRE teams to define SLAs, incident response plans, and disaster recovery procedures for test environments.
