Do you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments where you can get out on-site, create content, and grow a brand community from the ground up?

If this sounds like you, a fast-growing, innovative chemical manufacturer within the trade and DIY space is looking for an Influencer & Community Marketing Executive to help take their brand presence to the next level.

About the Company

This high-growth, entrepreneurial business has already built an impressive brand with millions of social impressions and strong national retail presence. With ambitious plans to scale significantly over the next few years, they’re investing in building a loyal, authentic community of brand advocates across the trade and DIY market. You’ll join a young, energetic team where collaboration, visibility, and a sense of humour are part of everyday life.

  • Create and deliver engaging content alongside influencers and customers
  • Represent the brand at trade events, on-site visits and networking opportunities
  • Support sales activity by strengthening relationships with customers and partners
  • Drive community engagement across social platforms and campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Manage influencer gifting, campaigns, and ongoing engagement
  • Create and collaborate on high-performing social media content
  • Visit sites, workshops, and merchant branches to capture authentic product use
  • Organise influencer events, brand experiences, and trade show activity
  • Grow online communities and encourage user-generated content and advocacy
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, views, and influencer activity

Requirements

About You

You’re someone who:

  • Is naturally outgoing, confident, and thrives on building relationships
  • Has experience working with influencers, communities, or brand advocates
  • Understands (or has a genuine interest in) the trade, construction, or DIY sector
  • Is hands-on with content creation and social media platforms
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoys getting out into the field—meeting people, filming content, and representing a brand
  • Thinks commercially and understands how marketing supports sales growth
