Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist to join the Ealing Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy Service, including the Stroke and Neuro Team. This role is based primarily at Clayponds Hospital Outpatient Site, with services delivered across a range of community settings.

You will work with adults presenting with communication and/or swallowing disorders, providing high-quality, person-centred care across outpatient clinics, clients’ own homes, residential homes and nursing homes. • Deliver specialist Speech and Language Therapy interventions as an autonomous practitioner within the Adult SLT service.

  • Provide therapy across multiple settings including outpatient clinics, clients’ homes, residential homes and nursing homes.

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with professional and service standards.

  • Contribute to service development and work collaboratively within the wider multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).

  • HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
