Sales Leader - Italian Market

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader for the Italian Market region to spearhead growth within our sales division.

How You’ll Contribute:

• Strategic Leadership & Planning:
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
• Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives
• Team Management & Coaching:
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development and coaching
• Foster a high-performance, positive culture centered on accountability and growth
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
• Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets
• Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership
• Relationship Management & Market Intelligence:
• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory

• Italian, English - fluent
