The job, in the employer's words

Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.

Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.

Team

You will join our B2C DACH Team, which manages our core markets in Germany and Austria. We are a collaborative group of commercial and growth professionals focused on delivering exceptional platform experiences, maintaining high customer trust, and driving sustainable, cost-effective customer acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the Country Head DACH and collaborate across Product, Tech, Investment/Pension, and broader Marketing departments to scale our partner channel.
Your Responsibilities

As our Senior Affiliate Manager DACH, you will take full ownership of driving performance-based customer growth through affiliate and strategic brand partnerships. You will act as both a strategic manager and a hands-on executor to acquire new partners and maximise the performance of existing relationships.

  • End-to-End Partner & Campaign Management: Manage and scale our affiliate marketing programs in the DACH region to ensure consistent, sustainable growth within defined CPR (Cost per Registration) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) targets.
  • Proactive Partner Acquisition ("Hunting"): Continuously map, identify, and acquire high-converting new partners (financial comparison engines, specialised publishers, content creators, and influencers) and strategic brand-to-brand partnerships using direct outreach and industry networks.
  • Key Account Growth ("Farming"): Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with top-tier DACH affiliate partners. Conduct regular site audits to ensure integrations, interest rates, landing pages, and promotional assets remain accurate and fully optimised.
  • Cross-Functional & Product Line Expansion: Collaborate closely with specialised teams (such as Investment and Pension) to launch targeted affiliate initiatives that drive acquisition for specific high-growth financial products.
  • Operational & Tracking Excellence: Ensure seamless tracking setup, precise campaign attribution, remuneration contract management, and efficient invoicing processes across our network partners (e.g., Impact, financeAds).
  • Data-Driven Performance & Cost Control: Rigorously monitor channel performance, competitor activities, and market trends using Looker and HubSpot. Ensure cost efficiency and ROI superiority compared to other paid acquisition channels.
  • Process Innovation & Internal Advocacy: Continually evaluate, test, and innovate our affiliate processes while serving as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for marketing partnerships across the company.

Your Profile

Must-Haves

  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partner Management, or performance marketing within the DACH region.
  • Deep Domain & Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of tracking setups, attribution models, affiliate network mechanics (e.g., Impact, financeAds), commercial remuneration structures, and digital marketing trends.
  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset: Proven track record of managing performance budgets, maintaining target acquisition costs (CPR/CAC), and utilising data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Excel) to optimise campaign outcomes.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to team collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required to manage partner relationships and engage effectively within our international team.

Nice-to-Haves

  • FinTech & Financial Product Interest: Prior experience or strong curiosity regarding personal finance, banking products, investments, or pension topics.
  • Tool Familiarity: Practical experience working with CRM and affiliate software platforms such as HubSpot, Impact, or similar enterprise partner management suites.
  • AI & Automation Curiosity: Experience leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline routine partner communication, market research, or operational workflows.
